Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

SilhouetteRx provides transparent, flat-rate, and membership-based medical services. Because care is rendered by licensed clinicians, all consultation and medication fees are non-refundable once a visit, order, or prescription has been initiated.

1. Non-Refundable Items

  • Telehealth visits and consultations (completed or missed)

  • Medication orders or shipped prescriptions

  • Membership fees after the billing cycle begins

2. Refunds or Credits (When Allowed)

Refunds or account credits may be granted if:

  • A duplicate charge was processed in error.

  • A visit was canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • A service was paid for but not rendered due to provider unavailability.

3. Cancellations

To cancel or pause a membership, email billing@silhouetterx.com or use your Hint Health patient portal. Cancellations must be received at least 3 business days before the next billing date to avoid charges.
